idea? Water is good for us. That statement isn’t surprising since about 70
percent of our bodies are made up of water. Some experts consider water the
most important factor in losing weight and keeping it off. Limiting liquid
calories from sugar-sweetened drinks is an effective tool for losing weight or
to avoid gaining weight, according to Dr. Benjamin Caballero of Johns Hopkins
University writing in the American Journal
of Clinical Nutrition.
And here’s
more good news: water is affordable and well within our reach.
