With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My site has a lot of unique content I've either authored myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any methods to help protect against content from being ripped off? I'd certainly appreciate it.

Well unscientifically I have always felt that my urges to eat, especially in the morning, are cut down when I am hydrated and drinking a lot during the morning.

I also believe that water also helps me to speed up my metabolism, how do I know this? I have more energy and I move a lot more on mornings when I drink more water. What do you think Carole?
