Very cool article... As a post-menopausal woman struggling with extra weight for the first time in her life, I'm on the look-out for everything that will help. I've discovered Tim Ferris' Slow carb ideas and they work well for me -- AND INTERESTINGLY, the difference for his low carb regime is including BEANS. I was amazed that I lost weight eating beans every day but now I can better understand why. THANKS. I think I'll follow you.
